Multi-Factor Account Authentication Details

MedAire uses a Multi-Factor Authentication system in order to secure your account and allow you to make changes to your password preferences. You must provide and verify 2 of the 3 following methods of communication. The secondary delivery method is used in the event the primary contact method is not available.

Please note that the communication method must be verified before it can be used.


In the UK, and many other countries internationally, local dialing may require the addition of a '0' in front of the subscriber number. As messages will be sent from the US, please drop the zero (0).
